The Leon H. Sullivan CDC is committed to improving the quality of life for all individuals and families in the Nicetown/Tioga area by addressing the spiritual, economic and social needs of the immediate community as well as participants from surrounding neighborhoods.

The Leon H. Sullivan CDC provides Philadelphia with a variety of economic, educational, cultural, therapeutic and recreational support services which facilitate and build upon individual and family strengths for maintaining strong family units.

The Leon H. Sullivan CDC offers the Philadelphia area a GED Program, Musical Arts for Youth, Food Bank, health and wellness programs for young and old that includes personal empowerment, hot meals and health screenings.
