Education, Emancipation and Empowerment
The Leon H. Sullivan CDC proudly offers the Nicetown/Tioga section of Philadelphia with fourteen annual and ongoing initiatives for the holistic revitalization and empowerment of communities under the rubric of and community education, encouragement, enrichment and economic empowerment.
As an outreach extension of Zion Baptist Church of Philadelphia, we offer services and assistance as a tangible expression of the kingdom of God.
