The Leon H. Sullivan CDC provides Philadelphia with a variety of economic, educational, cultural, therapeutic and recreational support services which facilitate and build upon individual and family strengths for maintaining strong family units.
The Leon H. Sullivan CDC offers the Philadelphia area a GED Program, Musical Arts for Youth, Food Bank, health and wellness programs for young and old that includes personal empowerment, hot meals and health screenings.
